Roasted Chicken and Garlic

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, or (or vegetable oil)
3 Teaspoons of Oregano
3 Teaspoons of Basil
3 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
4-5 Tablespoons of minced garlic, or quantity as desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut the pieces of chicken in half, and stuff the garlic in the middle. Set the Chicken in the pan, and drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then, drizzle the lemon juice over the tops of the chicken. Sprinkle the Basil and the Oregano over the top of the meat (approx. 1/2 teaspoon per piece of chicken). Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until cooked through. This is a good dish to serve with a rice pilaf and steamed vegetables. Serves 4-6
